First 100 — Hand-Forged, One at a Time

This is a one-time run of 100 knives, each one made by my own hands in the forge.
No machines. No shortcuts. No mass production.

Every knife is forged, finished, and numbered in the order the requests come in.
When these 100 are done, this chapter is closed. I won’t be repeating this exact run.

What leaves the forge carries the marks of work, heat, and time — just as it should.

How These Are Made

Each knife takes about one full working day to complete, start to finish.
Because they’re made one at a time, production will stretch across roughly 100 working days in total.

Orders are filled strictly in the order they’re received.
Early orders ship sooner. Later orders take their place in the line.

This isn’t a warehouse product.
It’s a place in a working forge.

Delivery Timing

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive:

  1. A confirmation email

  2. Your place in the production line

  3. A shipping window estimate based on where you fall in the queue

Shipping is estimated in time ranges, not fixed calendar promises. For example:

  • Orders 1–20: roughly 4–6 weeks

  • Orders 21–50: roughly 8–12 weeks

  • Orders 51–100: roughly 12–20 weeks

Steel moves at the pace it moves. I won’t rush it just to hit a date.

Price & Payment

Each knife is €395.

  • Full payment is required upfront to secure your place in the run.

  • Your order directly covers steel, materials, and forge time.

  • These knives are made to order — not pulled from a shelf.

Because of the way this work is done:

  • All sales are final once forging begins

  • Orders are non-refundable after production starts

  • If anything unexpected causes delay, you’ll hear it from me directly

No mystery. No middlemen.

What to Expect

These knives aren’t born from machines chasing perfection.
They come from fire, steel, and steady hands.

Small variations are part of that truth. They’re not flaws — they’re proof of work.
If you’re looking for sterile perfection, this might not be for you.

If you value tools made with patience and purpose, then you already understand what this is.

Knives & Ironwork—Made to Be Used

When we’re not shoeing horses or working the farm, we like to turn raw steel into something useful. A good knife’s always handy—whether you’re out in the field, fishing, or fixing something up. We started making them for ourselves, then folks started asking, and it just grew from there.

Most times, you’ll find a few of our knives listed down below—ready-made and waiting for a good home. Ain’t about perfection or chasing some title—just steady hands, raw steel, and the belief that if you do something right, it’ll last. There’s no rush here, just the rhythm of hammer and steel, shaping knives that feel right in your hand and do the job they’re meant to do.

We respect the old ways but never stop looking for better ones. The work speaks for itself—you’ll know it the first time you put it to use.

Custom & Commission Work

Most of the knives that leave this forge are spoken for before the hammer ever falls. The limited runs come and go, but from time to time I do take on one-off, commissioned pieces for people who know exactly what they’re after.

These aren’t quick builds and they aren’t mass work. They’re made slowly, one at a time, with attention to fit, balance, and use. Each commission is different, and each one requires a conversation first.

If you have something specific in mind and you’re willing to wait for the work to be done properly, you can reach out through the contact page. I’ll let you know what’s possible and whether my hands are free to take it on.

No rush. No promises made lightly.
